Sylvia Vega Smith is owner and operator of Home Drawn San Diego. She is a San Diego native, educated locally at San Diego Mesa College, earning her Associate of Arts in Architectural Drafting. Sylvia worked in the architecture and engineering industry for over 15 years throughout Southern and Central California, and eventually in Alberta, Canada. Then followed successful career changes into the IT and telecommunications world with software development testing, technical writing and team management. She is now back to two of her first loves – San Diego and architecture! Together, she’s ready to bring your listings to life and make you successful with her new cottage industry business!

We are looking for volunteers for CREA ‘S Annual Pet Parade and Chili Cook Off, Fundraiser for PAWS of Coronado. The event is Sunday, September 25, 2016 at Promenade Park.
We are looking for the following volunteers:
- Set up at 9:00 am
- Pet Parade Registrations from 10:30 am until 1:00 pm
- Beer Garden from 11:30 am until 3:00 pm
- Greeting arrivals and handing out Programs 11:00 am until 3:00 pm
- Breakdown and Clean Up

Coronado Pet Yearbook
The Coronado Pet Yearbook for 2016 is a part of the 2016 Coronado Pet Parade that benefits PAWS of Coronado. The Yearbook will be available at the 2016 Pet Parade and subsequently for distribution and pickup at local real estate offices. All proceeds from the yearbook will go directly to PAWS of Coronado in support of their mission of providing care and medical services to the stray, abandoned and relinquished animals of Coronado, and in addition finding them forever homes throughout our communities.
Each yearbook listing will feature a photo of the pet, the pet’s name/type/breed, a brief history/funny facts about the pet, and the owners name. Each listing will take up a 1/4 page in The Yearbook.
The Coronado Real Estate Association (the organization that sponsors and operates the Pet Parade) feels that The Yearbook will be a fun way to show off some of Coronado’s most well known pets, while benefiting a deserving cause. Please take a moment to fill out the form below. Each pet listing is a $25 donation, the form will ask for payment after your submission. CALLING ALL PET OWNERS AND CHILI CHEFS
Plan on a hot time in Coronado, on Sunday, September 25th with pets & chili cooks competing for attention at the Coronado Real Estate Association and The City of Coronado.
5th Annual Coronado Pet Parade & Chili Cook Off
Location: Promenade Park on Strand Way next to the Community Center.
Aspiring and professional chili chefs are being invited to submit recipes and samples of their fiery concoctions for review at the event by a panel of local judges.
Pet owners of all ages can also compete for awards by entering their pets in the five different categories, Most Handsome, Prettiest Female, Most Beautiful Rescue Pet, Best Costume & Most Gorgeous Senior (12 years & older). Adding a category of all the animals that have been adopted from PAWS of Coronado will be strutting their stuff in our final pet parade.
Scheduled from 11:30am to 3:00 pm, the event will raise funds for:

*Chili participants can reserve a booth for $50.00 (limited to 10 booths); Vendor booths $100 (pet related business only) & pet participants are $10.00 per pet per category.
Registration is the day of the event (11:30 am to 12:45 pm)
